This 100 euro face mask by Guerlain is just silicones and alcohol, how to make your own all natural alternative

A little bit of luxury can't do harm from time to time. Many beauty products however, are ridiculously expensive for what they have to offer.

I bumped into this 100 euro face mask by Guerlain for example, the Super Aqua Intense Hydration Mask, with 6 sachets for 116,50 euros or around 19 euros per mask.

The main ingredients in this pretty product are water and glycerine... So far so "good" (ok?), but then come loads of silicone variations and alcohol. I even see ammonium on the list... Owkaayy... Well, at least there is the word honey and royal jelly somewhere down the list too.

Let's make our own honey face mask! You can buy biological honey, manuka honey, or royal jelly seperately and make more masks for a fraction of the price.

You can apply honey pure on your face or mixed with beneficial ingredients like rose water, rice flour, turmeric, yogurt, berries and cocoa.

Anything better than spending money on a joke like this...
